Oven Sesame Chicken

1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup sesame seed
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon prepared mustard; (1 to 2)
1 Egg
2 1/2 pounds broiler-fryer chicken; cup up, up to 3 1/2
2 tablespoons margarine or butter melted
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat 1 Tbsp. margarine in rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, in oven until melted. Mix baking mix, sesame seed and salt in shallow dish; reserve. Beat milk, mustard and egg in small bowl. Dip chicken pieces, one at a time, into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture. Place skin side up in pan. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp. melted margarine. Bake until done, about 1 hour.
