Old-Fashioned Chicken Salad

1 package boneless chicken tenders
1/2 cup chopped onion
1
stalk celery; chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cut boneless tenders into thirds; place in a 2-quart microwave safe bowl. Cover and cook on High 3 - 4 minutes, stirring often. Drain off excess liquid. Stir in onions, celery, mayonnaise, orange juice, ginger and salt; toss to mix. Spoon onto lettuce-lined platter.
