1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup leggs hot
Italian sausage seasoning cover and simmered for two hours.
2 cups blue cheese dressing
After one hour add another 1 cup blue cheese
Marinated for 24 hours then got smoker up too 235 degrees and smoked for
