Potato Salad Monte Carlo
Side Dishes
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
3 pounds Potatoes
1/3 cup Green onions; minced fine
4 Eggs; hard boiled, sliced
1/2 teaspoon Onion salt
1 dash White pepper; to taste
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling, peel and dice. Mix all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours.
