The Coach House Wine Marinade

***FOR POULTRY; FISH, SHELLFISH***
1 cup dry white wine
3 large shallots; minced
2 large garlic cloves; minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
10 peppercorns; crushed

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
