Texas Fajita Marinade
marinades
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil; (1/2 sesame oil)
1/4 cup red wine vinegar or red wine
; (I use red wine)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder approx.
2 teaspoons lemon pepper approx.
I use this great marinade that someone in Texas gave me for fajitas. I use it to marinate fresh veggies like onions, peppers, mushrooms and squash and throw on the grill or for chicken or an injection juice for turkey breast. Gives a great flavor! (or add some orange juice for turkey injection) Let me know how you like it.
