Sherry 'n Spice Marinade

marinades

1/2 cup sherry
1/4 cup salad oil
1 each medium onion; grated
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
3/4 teaspoon dried herbs; such as thyme,
; marjoram, rosemary,
; oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper; fresh ground
1/4 teaspoon allspice
