Salmon Marinade With Ginger
Marinades
1/4 cup soy sauce; (reduced sodium)
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon ginger root - grated
Whisk well to dissolve sugar. Pour marinade over salmon in a glass casserole dish and fridge it for 45 minutes. Smoke at 225 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
