Garlic And Mint Yogurt Marinade 

Marinades

1/2 Lemon; juiced
3 centiliters garlic; minced
1 1/2 cups low fat yogurt
3 tablespoons Fresh mint; chopped
6 Skinless boneless chicken breast halved
2 dashes Paprika

Combine the lemon, garlic, yogurt, paprika and mint in a large bowl. Add chicken breast, toss to coat. Cover and marinade a few hours. Broil and serve.
