Mock Fruit Ice Cream (Dairy)

2 packages frozen strawberries; (unsweetened, thawed) (15 oz)
1 pint Sour cream [low-fat works fine]
1 can crushed pineapple; (well drained) (15 oz.)
1 1/4 cups Sugar

Mash berries with a fork. Blend into sour cream. Mix in pineapple and sugar and blend in thoroughly. Spoon into a mold. Freeze 3 to 4 hours.
