Ice Cream Topping

3 Eggs
1 cup Sugar
2 cups Graham Crackers
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
2 teaspoons Almond Extract
1 cup Chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate egg whites. Beat egg whites until stiff.  Add sugar gradually and fold in graham crackers crumbs, vanilla, and almond stuff and chopped nuts. Butter pie pan and shape this viscous mass of stuff in pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream on top of your favorite ice cream.
