Ice Cream

1 quart Half and Half; plus 3 cups Half and Half
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 tablespoons Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Rock salt
Ice cream freezer

Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt. Mix together. Freeze in ice cream freezer.
