Graham Cracker Ice Cream

1 cup Graham crackers; crushed
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups Coffee cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cream and vanilla. Pour into freezing tray and partially freeze. When quite solid, remove to chilled bowl and whip until mixture is light and fluffy. Return to electric refrigerator and finish freezing. Chopped nut meats and maraschino cherries may be added for variety.
