Papaya Mango Relish

Appetizers

6 Serrano chilies; minced
1 Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro; minced
1/2 cup Firm mango; diced
OR 3 Habaneras; minced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 Garlic clove; minced
1/2 cup Papaya; diced

Combine the chilies, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, and garlic to make a marinade. Toss the diced fruit in the mixture and allow to sit for at least an hour to blend the flavors.
