New Jerry's Cole Slaw

***SLAW MIX***
1 pound coleslaw Mix; Prepackaged
3/4 Granny Smith apple; peeled and diced
2 stalks celery; deveined and diced
3/4 cup sweet onions; diced
***Secret Dressing****
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Place the pre-packaged (Dole is excellent) 1 lb. slaw mix in a large bowl, add the onion, apple and celery - dice to desired consistency. Combine with the following dressing recipe. Store in an air-tight container.
