South Central Carolina Baste/BBQ Sauce

3 tablespoons peanut oil
2 centiliters garlic
1 onion; minced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon ginger
salt

Mix ingredients well.
