Piedmont North Carolina Style BBQ Sauce VII

***MARINADE***
1 cup apple cider
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
***SAUCE***
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons chili powder

Marinate pork shoulders in marinade before smoking. Mix sauce ingredients well; use as a dipping or a finishing sauce.
