1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup water

Mix ingredients well.
