Piedmont North Carolina Style BBQ Sauce II

Sauces

1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup water

Mix ingredients well.
