North Carolina Rib Mop
Mops
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon habanero pepper sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup water
Combine all ingredients and let sit for an hour or more at room temperature.
Try to mop the ribs every 1/2 to one hour.
