Charlotte Smoked Pork Sandwich Sauce
Sauces
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 centiliter garlic; minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Heat sauce ingredients 20 min but do not boil. Pour on pork and steep overnight. Skim fat and make pork patties. Heat and serve with Cole slaw on bun.
