1 bottle soy Sauce
1 bottle Worcestershire sauce

bottle Kitchen Bottleuquet
1 bottle oyster sauce
1 dash liquid smoke
Cavender's Greek Seasoning to taste
Experiment with lemon pepper, beer, red wine, or anything else that sounds promising. Soak a 10 lb. brisket overnight.
