Bermudan Hot Grilling Sauce

Sauces

3 teaspoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons pineapple juice
4 tablespoons dark rum
4 tablespoons Tabasco or Bermudan hot sauce; up to 5 tbsp.
1 orange; juice of
1/8 teaspoon allspice

Mix all ingredients well, and use as a marinade, basting sauce, or dipping sauce.
