Simple Rib Glaze

Sauces

1 quart apple cider; (unfiltered)

The intense apple flavor really goes well with pork. Boil down the cider until you have a light syrup (about 1 / 2 cup). Don't overdo it or you'll get a hard candy which tastes great, but will permanently bond to your teeth. Don't ask how I found this out. Keep syrup warm until ribs are done. Brush onto ribs.
