Salsa Gruda (Fresh Tomato Salsa)
Appetizers
4 medium Tomatoes; peeled, seeded and cubed
1/2 cup Onions; finely chopped
1/2 cup Celery; finely chopped
1/4 cup Green Pepper; finely chopped
1/4 cup Olive oil or vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Green Chiles; (canned) , up To 3
2 tablespoons Red Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Coriander seeds; crushed
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 dash
of Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve salsa with grilled chicken or fish.
