Salsa Fresca

Appetizers

1 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 medium tomatoes
1/2 onion; chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno chili; minced
1 serrano chili; minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 garlic clove; minced
1/8 teaspoon sugar

Blend together well and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
