Garlic Wine Salad Dressing

3 teaspoons Garlic juice
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Wine vinegar
7 tablespoons Salad oil
3 tablespoons mayonnaise; (heaping)
1 ct; (16-oz) sour cream

Blend well garlic juice & salt, then add vinegar, oil, mayonnaise & sour cream, beating until smooth. This amount will fill a 28-oz peanut butter jar & will keep about 1-2 months in refrigerator. Blue Cheese may be added & the garlic juice omitted.
