Blender Green Goddess Salad Dressing
Salads
2 ounces anchovy fillets*; with oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 centiliter garlic; minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small onion
1/4 cup parsley; minced
1 cup mayonnaise
Chives or green onion tops; chopped
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Puree in blender. Best served with romaine lettuce and croutons.
