Benihana Salad Dressing

1/4 cup Onion; chopped
1/4 cup Peanut oil
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Water
1 tablespoon Ginger root; chopped,
1 tablespoon Celery; chopped
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Tomato paste
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 d Salt & pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until almost
smooth - but with the following differences: mince the onion, ginger, and celery, instead of chopped.
