Barbecue Sauce
Sauce
1/2 cup wine vinegar
2 tablespoons dry mustard
1 1/2 cups salad oil
1 tablespoon coarse pepper
3/4 cup soy sauce or a little less
2 1/4 teaspoons salt; (optional)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley
1/4 cup Worcestershire
2 centiliters garlic
1/2 cup barbecue sauce ketchup based - Kraft recommended
Brown sugar to taste
Put all in blender - keeps months in refrigerator.
